As Interim Development Director, Victoria (Vicki) Rusu-Ebert helps build relationships that deepen regional and state-wide commitment to BRITE’s impact. Vicki is primarily focused on strengthening BRITE’s fundraising strategy, supporting the CEO and service teams, and cultivating relationships with current and prospective donors to deepen their understanding of current fundraising priorities.  

In addition to her work with BRITE, Vicki is currently the Director, Business Development and Operations for KO Consulting, President of the Board of the Green Industrial Manufacturing Ecosystem (GIME), Inc., and a member of the Boardman Rotary Board of Directors as Co-Chair of Youth Services. Prior to joining the BRITE team, Vicki spent 7 years wearing many hats at a global children’s charity, ran a photobooth company, and worked in community development in Youngstown neighborhoods. She holds a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Political Science, both from Youngstown State University. Vicki is a Mahoning Valley “boomerang,” leaving after graduate school to absorb as much as she could around the world before returning in late 2020 to make an impact in her hometown. When she’s not working, you can find her having dance parties and playing Mario Kart with her husband and 4-year-old son.
