Meet The Team

As the Venture Relations Manager at BRITE Energy Innovators, Thomas works closely with BRITE Innovation Services and the Startup Programs teams and facilitates financial resources and engagement between BRITE, program members, and investors.   

Thomas has extensive experience in organizational operations and integrating innovative programing across diverse industries. Thomas enjoys helping innovators generate solutions to complex problems and finding opportunities to strengthen impact and reach. Thomas’ background in healthcare, academia, and public service informs his comprehensive approach to collaborations. Thomas graduated from The Ohio State University with a bachelor’s in strategic communication and obtained his master’s and doctorate in Clinical Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.  

Thomas enjoys hiking and biking in the parks of Northeast Ohio, nurturing his pollinator and vegetable gardens, and cultivating his apple trees, with his partner and two children. When not immersed in the outdoors, you can find Thomas and his family enjoying our region’s local arts and cultural institutions.
