Meet The Team

After serving as BRITE’s Marketing Specialist for over a year, Emily Adamczyk has joined the Innovation Services team as a Project Coordinator. She works to manage and deliver innovation and growth projects, overseeing contracts and administration, and supporting new product development. Prior to BRITE, Emily spent time working as a sales agent assistant in the Real Estate Industry and even completed studies to become an agent herself.

Emily graduated from Youngstown State University in May 2023 with a B.A. degree in Economics. During her time at YSU, Emily consistently appeared on the Dean’s and President’s lists and maintained a steady career with two of her own side businesses. She joined BRITE because of her strong personal belief in BRITE’s optimistic mission to unleash the energy revolution. Emily resides in Lordstown, Ohio, with her fiancé, two sons, and stepdaughter.
