Meet The Team

As Managing Director, Jing leads development, implementation, and execution of BRITE’s programs and services. As a key member of the Leadership Team, Jing works closely with our President & CEO to ensure alignment with the organization’s mission, objectives, and growth strategies. 

Jing started her tenure at BRITE as Director, Startup Programs, and has played a key role in the growth and success of the programs offered to startup members. Prior to BRITE, she worked in several startups including founding an electric bicycle company based in Cleveland, OH.

In addition to startups, Jing has spent time in Corporate America working as a process and continuous improvement consultant specializing in data and business analytics.  She graduated with a BS in chemical engineering from Case Western Reserve University and an MBA from Keller Graduate School. She lives in Ohio City with her husband, a clowder of cats, and flock of chicken on their small urban farm.
