Meet The Team

Manoj is a member of BRITE’s CXO program and serves as a fractional executive to several startups in the cleantech space. BRITE is an innovation-first ecosystem advancing the transition to a clean energy economy, and the only energy technology accelerator in the State of Ohio. In addition, Manoj serves as Executive & Engineering Manager at Landi Industries. Founded in 2016, Landi Industries is a horizontally integrated engineering and product strategy company. We engineer the impossible! 

Manoj is also a strategic advisor and cofounder at Hyr Medical. He served as CEO for 6 years. Hyr’s software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform makes building and joining quality clinical teams fast, simple, and rewarding! Previously, Manoj was a mechanical & industrial engineer at several Fortune 500 companies. He then spent 10 years as an innovation strategy & product engineering management consultant. Manoj was also a faculty member at Case Western Reserve University where he taught innovation management and marketing strategy.  Manoj earned a BS in mechanical engineering from the University of Illinois @ Urbana-Champaign, an MS in industrial engineering from The Ohio State University, and an MBA from the Univesity of Michigan.  

Manoj loves playing, coaching, and watching basketball, playing golf (poorly), listening to podcasts and audiobooks while driving around town, exercising with music blasting, traveling the world, volunteering his time to important causes, coaching entrepreneurs, and spending time with kind, driven and curious people.
